Hi, I'm Ruby on Rails - Part 1

What do you get when you cross the Mac vs PC commercials and Rails Envy? Ruby on Rails ads to get everyone hyped for Railsconf, that's what!

pretty interesting..

Ads tend to opponents more silly.. and show the ads' target as a better choice...

i know nearly nothing about Ruby On Rails... (is there a Ruby without Rail ???... i always hear it "Ruby On Rails")

i'm not with the so many jars and so many configuration files of Java... but... is this ad just for fun.. or it has some of truth??

Yes Mahmoud, Ruby (http://www.ruby-lang.org/) is an interpreted, dynamic, object-oriented programming language that was created by Yukihiro Matsumoto (Matz) in Japan, 1995. You can try it online http://tryruby.hobix.com/.

Ruby On Rails (http://www.rubyonrails.com/) is a web application framework released in 2004. It is an open source project written in Ruby. Rails Applications are developed using the Model-View-Controller design pattern.

Ruby on Rails was extracted by David Heinemeier Hansson from his work on Basecamp, a project-management tool.
